OAH Payment, Delivery and Refunds Policy

For advertisers

Please allow ten days for processing your order. All publication sales are final. No returns accepted. Refunds will be issued only for publications that are no longer available. Any requests for refunds must be in writing and received within six months of payment. Refund will be based on unused portion of the original payment, less a $25 processing fee.

Insufficient Funds
Payees providing OAH with a personal or business check which is returned for insufficient funds will be required to pay a fee of $25. The $25 will be taken out of the membership fee, if necessary, and the membership not become active until the fee is fully paid.
