1997 Annual Meeting 



PREREGISTRATION PROCEDURES
 

1) Preregistration forms will be accepted if postmarked on or before March 27, 1997. Preregistration forms postmarked after March 27 will not be processed and you will be required to pay the regular registration rate at the meeting

2) Read all instructions and mail completed preregistration form with check, money order, or credit card information to: Organization of American Historians, 112 North Bryan Street, Bloomington, IN 47408-4199 

3) The OAH cannot accept purchase orders for preregistration and payment must be made in U.S. funds. No phone or fax registrations will be accepted. 

4) All preregistrants paying by credit card must sign in the appropriate space for the preregistration to be processed. 

5) Your preregistration fee does not include ticketed meal functions, tour, or off-site session fees. You may purchase a ticket for the meals or register for the tours and off-site sessions by using this form and including the additional payment with your preregistration fee. Registration for all tours should be postmarked by March 13, 1997 in order to ensure availability. 

PREREGISTRATION MATERIALS - Your badge, tickets and Pocket Program can be picked up at the preregistration counter at the San Francisco Hilton. Convention materials will NOT be mailed. Preregistration is nontransferable and materials can only be picked up by the person for whom they were prepared. Materials will be available during the hours that the registration counters are open. 

OAH MEMBERSHIP - You may use the OAH membership application form included in the Program to become a member at this time. Separate payment for OAH membership should be sent to the OAH at the same address to which preregistration should be mailed. 

GUEST REGISTRATION - Guest registration is available and is intended for use by a non-historian who would not otherwise attend the meeting except to accompany the attendee. Only the registered attendee may pick up registration materials. Guests may participate in meal functions, tours, and exhibits. 

REFUND POLICY - All cancellations must be in writing. Requests postmarked on or before March 27, 1997 will receive a refund (less a $10.00 processing fee). NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN TO REQUESTS POSTMARKED AFTER MARCH 27, 1997
