To reserve booth space, please follow these three easy steps:

• Read the enclosed Invitation to Exhibit.
• Choose a location in the exhibit hall and complete the exhibit application. Please select locations from different areas of the hall.
• Mail your signed contract (please keep the bottom copy) with a $550 deposit per booth to: Director of Meetings, PO Box 5457, Bloomington, Indiana 47408-5457. Booths are assigned on a first-come first-served basis and must be postmarked on or after September 30, 2005.
